About J Fish Market
J Fish Market is one of the seafood markets listed in Charlotte, North Carolina. The business is registered at Pacific St, Charlotte, NC 28208; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.
Store size varies enormously, from a small corner grocery with a few aisles to a full supermarket chain location in Charlotte with a bakery, seafood counter and food court under one roof. Sales and promotions are often posted in-store or in a weekly flyer rather than online, so prices listed on a website may be out of date. Seafood markets sell live and on-ice product and can usually clean or prepare fish on request for a small fee. Specialty food stores in North Carolina may focus narrowly on one category, like a butcher, a rice and dry goods shop, or an import store, so calling ahead to confirm stock for a specific item saves a wasted trip.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 10 amβ8 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach J Fish Market at (704) 394-9909; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is m.facebook.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.3 out of 5 from 1,110 reviews, which is a strong result for a seafood market in Charlotte and suggests consistent service.
Charlotte is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Charlotte follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Our deep dissatisfaction with the service at this establishment due to discussting services. My mom elderly mother, who uses a rollar walker, loves to eat here. While im visiting her from PA. We had the most Unfortunate, experience and incredibly disappointing services rendered to us. The staff members were rude and condescending toward my mother. Because customers cannot touch the fish, she politely asked to have a fish flipped over so she could inspect its quality. The response from your staff was nasty, abrupt, and disrespectful. Furthermore, the facility is not easily accessible for those using walkers or mobility scooters. We also encountered issues with our order of 15 pieces of fish. After a long wait, we were charged $76, which appeared to be an overcharge. When we went to pay, the staff member assisting us was smirking and rolling her eyes. As a visitor to Charlotte coming to care for my sick mother, I am appalled that she was treated this way. I expected much better service from a place she holds in such high regard. I hope you take this feedback seriously to ensure other customers with disabilities are treated with the respect they deserve.

J Fish never disappoints, especially when I get my fish fresh. Quality has never failed me, and the quantity is great. They tartar sauce is one of a kind. When I say everyone be there I really do mean that. Worth the money β¨ If you want to get in and out get there as soon as the door open.

I didn't eat there. I picked up the food for someone else. The place looked clean. I just didn't like they charge additional 3% on credit card or debit card no matter how much you spend. I won't go back there again. I don't like to be charged interest on top of my credit card interest, however; if your paying cash I highly recommend you do so!

1. Get there early if you can because this place is popular and the wait can be extensive if its crowded. 2. The parking lot is small 3. The food is good and they give a good portion sizes for the price. I ordered 2 Whitings (Huge) 1/2 Pound of shrimp, Fires and Froed Okra. It cost me around 20 - 23 dollars. I will be back to try the steamed food.

Very good selection at this fish shop. The fish was fresh and even going in the later hours they had fish left. Not everything but a good selection even in the latter hours. Dose a decent job cleaning the fish and I feel like the pricing is fair. I was getting fish for fish fry for over 30 people so I did spend a bit but I though even with that the pricing was good. I do recommend.
